FAQs

Why should I use a consultant instead of my own employee resources?

A consultant has been exposed to different industries, business problems, and solutions.  Additionally, they bring a fresh perspective in helping an organization assess instructional design, training, or process development needs.

Why use an Instructional Design consultant when we have an in house training department?

An Instructional Design expert will help assess the overall effectiveness of current training programs from materials to delivery to follow through.  Additionally, an Instructional Designer can take a training project from concept to deliverable by developing a fully integrated training program.

Our business has been performing well why should I be concerned with process flow development?

The devil is often in the details!  The simple, often mundane aspects of the job have the potential of significantly impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.  With an analysis of your current processes, a consultant can help you determine areas of opportunity to apply new process maps.  Otherwise referred to as the leave no stone unturned philosophy!

Can a Training Consultant work with my training department to develop and / or deliver training programs?

Absolutely!  One of the most rewarding aspects of consulting is knowledge transfer.  Having been involved in education for over 11 years, we are passionate about teaching and welcome the opportunity to partner with instructional design, training, and process departments within different organizations.

I am interested in learning more about how Mosaique Consulting can assist my organization, what should I do?

Feel free to contact us by phone or email.  We welcome the opportunity to discuss your instructional design, training, or process development needs at no obligation to you.  This initial phone call is an opportunity to ask each other questions and gain a better understanding of the types of services your organization could use, and that we can offer.  It is NOT a high pressure phone call to secure a consulting contract.
