Jennifer Reddemann is the President of Mosaique Consulting LLC, a training and development firm based in Madison, WI.  Mosaique was founded in 2004 to offer collaboration with companies that may or may not have a fully staffed training department.

With twelve years of experience, she has designed and presented a variety of interactive, skill-building, and participant based workshops, all of which have been tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients. Jennifer has been certified by Langevin Learning Services giving additional insight to her understanding of how adults learn. She also attends monthly ASTD programs to keep up with the latest and greatest in training and instructional design initiatives.

Prior to starting her own business, Jennifer taught 2nd and 5th grade in the Wisconsin and Texas school systems.  In addition, she spent 8 years as a corporate trainer for a Supply Chain Management company based in Chicago, IL. This experience provided her the opportunity to enhance employee performance, while positively impacting organizational initiatives.

Jennifer received her Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin in Elementary Education, is a member of the national and local chapters of the American Society of Training and Development, as well as the Madison Area Business Consultants.  Click here to read the In Business article on Mosaique Consulting.
